The residence is used in rotation either by the owners themselves for certain months of vacation or under rental to third parties. It is a small complex of 200 sq.m. consisting of a communal living room with a fireplace, spacious kitchen with dining area, three independent bedrooms with independent entrances and laundry-storage facilities.
The residence is divided into two building volumes and is developed on four consecutive levels that even out the altitude difference of the plot. Between the stone volumes is created a bright semi-outdoor passage - living room, covered by a wooden pergola. The walls are painted entirely white but retain the characteristic texture of the grouted stone and the ceilings have an internal wood paneling.
