On a corner plot of rectangular shape, the five-storey building on pilotis is part of a relatively densely built middle class urban area, consisting of earlier low-rise buildings (ground floor - duplexes) and newer medium-sized apartment buildings.

Each level includes a floor apartment, with the exception of the 5th floor where an internal balcony has also been constructed. The facades are dominated by the alternation of panels that indicate complementary geometric shapes and are differentiated by different colors on the surfaces and volumes of the building (grey – gray blue – white).
Due to its location, the building is framed by Ymittos mountain to the east and faces the Saronic Sea to the south-southwest. However, as the neighboring plot may be rebuilt in the future, blocking the view to the west, the south direction was chosen as the main orientation of the living room. Thus, the western border "closes" with the fireplace and creates a smaller framing of the direct view to the sea next to it. The central balcony door faces the street, but the balcony that follows ultimately offers a panoramic view following the ridge of Ymittos to the imaginary limit of the Faleri bay.
