The ground floor residence is used in rotation either by the owners themselves for certain months of vacation or under rental to third parties. It is developed as a single building and includes three bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a shared warehouse-laundry and two semi-outdoor spaces covered with a pergola.
One of the bedrooms and the storage room are slightly functionally separated from the rest of the building as they are accessed through the semi-outdoor area.
The building is duplex on the east-west axis and all day-use areas have direct visual contact with the common courtyard that forms a continuation of the building and for its entire length.
