Summer house, Chochlakas Paros
The holiday home is structured into two individual volumes which are morphologically connected by a "perforated" wall which also defines the main entrance of the house and prefigures the visitor to the paved courtyard with the swimming pool.
The courtyard is protected from the strong winds on the one hand by the building itself in the north-east, and on the other hand by a solid wall in the north-west.
The main volume includes two bedrooms with bathroom and areas of common use, while the smaller building also functions as an independent guest house or master bedroom. When entering the house, the separation of private and communal areas is clear, as well as the direction towards the adjacent semi-outdoor areas where the living and dining areas are extended.
