Redesign of interior layouts of a duplex apartment, Chalandri
In a building with a finished load-bearing structure and in a given building contour, all the internal arrangements were redesigned, the completion was supervised as well as the necessary procedures for updating the original building permit.
The three-storey building includes a floor apartment on the ground floor and a maisonette on the first and second floors.
Key changes compared to the original plans include moving the kitchen from the west (back) to the east (front) face, a clear separation of communal from private spaces through their functional grouping, and a more ergonomic management of spaces and movement zones inside in the residence.
