Detached house, Ageria Paros
This permanent residence is structured around a corridor - elongated hall and consists of a single kitchen-living room with a sea view, two spacious bedrooms (one of them having a private bathroom) and additional service areas.
It is interesting to identify some characteristic differences from the holiday homes of the area, and in particular the existence of more extensive and qualitatively different storage spaces (cupboards, kitchen pantry room, storage under the external staircase), the greater proportion of closed living spaces and the extra rooms that they can receive alternative uses over time, depending on the needs of the family (office, guest house, playroom etc).
Morphologically, it also differentiates from the classic white and combines more earthy tones of dry stone wall with beige coating and olive frames.
