The new “Savings-Business” program finances the implementation of interventions aimed at upgrading the energy efficiency of businesses. The budget, which reaches up to 200 million euros, is distributed among the trade, services and tourism sectors and applies to very small, small and medium-sized businesses. The program aims at the reduction of emitted pollutants (CO2) by at least 35%, the saving of primary energy by at least 35% as well as the upgrading of the energy category based on PEA (Energy Sufficiency Certificate) by at least three (3) energy classes in relation to the existing classification.
