Holiday home in Kamari, Agairia, Paros
Two houses overlooking Antiparos
The plot includes two independent and functionally autonomous summer homes within the settlement. The smaller one is intended for permanent use by the owner while the larger one is for renting or hosting guests.
Two buildings of different shapes and sizes, which are based on the same sequence of space and the logic of the linear transition ranging from the most private to the most shared private spaces. There is a clear orientation of the functions towards the pool and a balance between private, communal and auxiliary spaces. And the semi-outdoor courtyards have a parallel function as an extension of the living room and as a transition from the private space (and time) to the shared one.
